Since customer service employees lack the necessary technical know-how, complaints often go unresolved for an average of 100 days. This is where we stepped in. resulting+ undertook the project management of implementing a fully automatic diagnostic tool. This tool enables the customer service staff to query, evaluate and, if possible, rectify the error status of the automobile at the push of a button. This application speeds up the troubleshooting process to less than a week. In addition to controlling the development of the diagnostic tool, resulting+ was also responsible for the analysis, integration, and connection of the individual vehicle functions and thus worked closely with various project teams and departments.
